Breaking the chains of abuse
We are a community-based charity in West Suffolk, supporting individuals of all genders aged 7 and above who have experienced domestic (relationship) abuse. We provide tailored, trauma-informed support that includes safety planning, emotional and practical guidance, counselling, and structured programmes specifically designed for children, young people, and adults. Our team works closely with partner agencies to ensure every person receives co-ordinated, appropriate support, including referrals to specialist services when needed. We make sure that anyone experiencing domestic abuse who also faces mental health challenges can access evidence-based therapeutic interventions delivered by trained professionals who understand the impact of trauma. Through personalised support, creative programmes, and strong multi-agency partnerships, we help survivors feel safe, rebuild confidence, and move toward healthier, more hopeful futures.
